CTPC Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025
The Center for Tax Policy and Compliance (CTPC) initiated its first strategic planning process, with the Board of Directors approving the final plan on January 12, 2023. This plan was developed by the Strategic Planning Committee, comprising CTPC members and leaders from various disciplines, and guided by a professional strategic planning firm. The committee analyzed CTPC's mission, vision, key stakeholders, and strategic directions, setting goals to guide CTPC through the next three years. CTPC leadership and committees have committed to driving these goals forward, measuring success by established metrics, and regularly updating members on progress through our website and annual meetings.
While this summary provides a high-level overview, we encourage reviewing the complete Strategic Plan for full details. For comments, please contact us at info@ctpcusa.org.
